I spent 14 years teaching secondary drama before I found my way into this work. Turns out calm under pressure is calm under pressure, whether it's a room full of teenagers or a business quietly falling apart at the seams.
I'm a qualified teacher, a mum, and a business owner who built this later in life, with a mortgage, school runs, and about a million other things to juggle alongside it. I know what it's like to be time-poor and overwhelmed by the noise out there.
I've worked with over 50 business owners, and every single time, what they needed looked different. That's why I don't do one-size-fits-all, whichever side of my work you come to me for.
