How it works
Discovery
I get to know your business properly. What you do, who your clients are, how things currently work (or don't), and what tools you're already using.
Design
I go away and think. I research how your tools connect, map out what your onboarding should look like, and come back with a clear plan
Build
Forms, folders, email templates, automations, SOPs. We do this together, checking as we go — because it has to make sense to you, not just to me.
Handover
I walk you through everything. How it works, why it's set up that way, and what to do when things change. No mystery, no "don't touch that or it'll break."
