Your Workspace, AI-Powered is an 8-week live group programme where we build AI tools for your business using what you’ve already got in Google Workspace. We work live together – so you’re learning in the context of YOUR business, building something that actually pushes you forward, while getting support and ideas from a lovely group doing the same thing.

So what does this look like?

It starts with a quick 15-minute chat with me – just to make sure this is the right fit for you (and you for the group). If it is, you’re in. You’ll get a welcome email, added to the group chat, and the day before we start, I’ll drop you a few questions to think about. No homework – just a gentle nudge to get your brain ready.

Then on Tuesday 23rd February at 9:30am, we begin. Together.

Hi, I’m Nicola. I’m a qualified teacher, a mum, and a business owner who built her business later in life – with a mortgage, school runs, and about a million other things to juggle alongside it.

I know what it’s like to be time-poor and overwhelmed by the noise out there. I spent a long time figuring out how to make my digital tools actually work with the way my brain works – not against it. And once I cracked it? It changed everything.

Part 1: The Build Sprint

(Feb 23 – Mar 20) 

Focus: Building the Intelligence 

 

First, we identify your biggest pain point and build something that actually solves it. We’ll create your business “Source of Truth” – a single place that holds everything your AI needs to know about your business. Then we’ll build your custom AI tool together, learning exactly how it works, what it needs, and how to make it work for YOU. You leave this sprint with something real and working.

 

The Implementation Break

(Mar 23 – Apr 12)

 

There are no live sessions for three weeks. This covers the Easter holidays. Whether you are juggling childcare, going away, or just need a breather, this space is yours. You can use this time to test your new Gem in the wild, or simply switch off completely.

 

Part 2: The Workflow Sprint

(Apr 13 – May 8)

Focus: The Google Workspace Ecosystem

 

Now we zoom out. We look at how AI is woven into the tools you use every single day – your emails, your documents, your planning. This is where the day-to-day stuff starts to shift. The small changes that add up to a big difference.

By the time we’re done, you won’t just have a working AI tool. You’ll have the knowledge and confidence to carry on yourself.

  • Absolutely. This programme is designed for people who are capable and motivated but haven't had the time or the guidance to figure this out. You don't need to be techy – you just need to be willing to learn. And that's what the live, group format is all for.

  • Life happens. Every session is recorded and you'll have access to watch it back in your own time. Plus the group chat is there to fill in any gaps and keep you connected.

  • Not just yet, I'm afraid. This programme is built specifically around Google Workspace. You'll also need to be on the Business Standard subscription or above – some of the AI features aren't available on the Business Starter edition. If you're not sure which plan you're on, drop me a message and I'll help you work it out.

  • Not at all. This isn't about replacing what you're already using. It's about showing you what's already inside your Google Workspace that you might not know about – and building something that works alongside everything else you've got.

  • That's great! This programme is specifically about implementing AI within Google Workspace, so it depends on where your knowledge is. If you feel like you already know quite a bit, book in for a quick call with me first and we'll work out whether this is the right fit for you – or whether something more advanced might be better. Either way, I'd love to chat.

  • Because this isn't one-size-fits-all. The way we build your AI tool depends on how YOU think, what YOUR business needs, and where YOU are in the process. That's why we do it together, in real time, adapting as we go. Plus the group energy and masterminding is a huge part of the programme.
